TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise)…Best experienced in a group!
It’s true! TRX Training is cool but it’s way more fun when you do it in a group. Starting on Monday February 26th at 6:30 pm, Coach C.A. will be starting our first TRX Total Body Bootcamp! Group size is starting out small so everyone gets a ton of attention. You may think you know how to use the TRX because you can do pull-ins and chest presses but from this simple little piece of equipment comes literally 100’s of different exercises. Paired with the BOSU, Stability ball and even Kettlebells, Coach C.A. is going to take 6 people through 4 workouts that will work your entire body.
Because there are only 6 spots available, it’s first come first served. The Bootcamp will run on Monday nights at 6:30pm. The dates will be Monday Feb 26th, March 5th, March 19th and March 26th. This Semi-Private small group setting is ideal for beginners and advanced individuals because you control your own level of difficulty.
