- Accountability – As a Fast FIT participant, you’ll be able to participate in bi-monthly measurement days to track your progress and hold you accountable. You’ll have a group of coaches and classmates who will notice when you miss a session and question you about it. Continuous tracking and group support will keep you motivated.
- FUN! – It’s true. Fast FIT is fun! You get to use a variety of equipment that you can’t use in a group exercise class. Small group training allows you to do partner exercises like chest passes with a medicine ball. That just won’t happen with group exercise. The camaraderie of the group also adds to the good times you’ll have.
