This Valentine’s Week, I invite you (and possibly your lover) to take my CUPID CHALLENGE!
Let’s raise some money and pulses at the same time!
I’ll give you the “50 Shades of Coach Dale” experience for 30 minutes – because, well any longer and walking the next day could be difficult:)
If we put our hearts into it, I am sure we can raise at least $500 – 100% of proceeds will go to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
To donate and/or select your group session below, please speak to myself or reception at Body Fit Health Club:
Monday February 9th: 7:30pm
Wednesday February 11th: 8am, 12pm or 5:30pm
Friday February 13th: 8:00am or 8:30am
You are free to donate as much or as little as you want, but with spaces being limited, please be as generous with your money as I am with (insert your least favourite exercise here:)

P.S. Why Heart and Stroke? It’s not just because of all the heart shaped boxes of chocolates this time of year. My Dad died of a heart attack in 2002 and Melissa’s Gram is currently recovering from a stroke.
