TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise)…Best experienced in a group!
The Monday Session has filled up and we have opened a Wednesday Session. Session will begin on June 6th and run at 7:00pm for 4 weeks. Call in to sign up.
It’s true! TRX Training is cool but it’s way more fun when you do it in a group. A new session is starting Starting on Monday June 4th at 7:00 pm, with Coach Stephanie. Group size is small (6 participants) so everyone gets a ton of attention. From this simple little piece of equipment comes literally 100’s of different exercises. Paired with the BOSU, Stability ball and even Kettlebells, Coach Stephanie is going to take 6 people through 4 workouts that will work your entire body.
Because there are only 6 spots available, it’s first come first served. The Bootcamp will run on Monday nights from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm. The dates will be Monday June 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th. This Semi-Private small group setting is ideal for beginners and advanced individuals because you control your own level of difficulty.
