Wednesday night, June 8th, ALL members of Athletes Only Boot Camp are invited to a FREE nutrition seminar at Body Fit Health Club. We will meet AFTER our Uxbridge Boot Camp class, starting the seminar around 7:30! It should take about 30 minutes. Be sure to bring a snack and drink for yourself.
If you are unable to attend, I will make sure that you receive a handout with the key points that we discussed. Also, I’d welcome the opportunity to answer any specific questions that you may have. Simply email me your question, and I’ll get an answer for you as soon as I can.
