As the week winds up for everyone at Uxbridge Boot Camp, most were feeling sore so the Bully was nice…for at least a while!  After some core stability and spot mobility drills, four brave ladies ventured into the “Four Corners of Hell” only to find “Pukie the Clown” of CrossFit waiting for one of them:

Round 1: 30 seconds each exercise, 2 minutes at each station before rotation

  1. TRX Rear Delt Fly and Jumping Jacks
  2. Undulating Ropes and Push-Ups
  3. Tire Flip with Jump In and Out and Tire Dips
  4. KB Swing and Jump Squats

Round 2: 30 seconds each exercise, 2 minutes at each station before rotation

  1. TRX Chest Press and Jumping Jacks
  2. Crossover Ropes and Push-Ups
  3. Tire Flip with Jump In and Out and Tire Dips
  4. KB High Pull and Jump Squats

 

Great effort everyone and hopefully next week goes by without another visit from “Pukie the Clown”:)
