The rain came and went as the sun came out just in time for another great workout at Uxbridge Boot Camp.  As we near the end of the 4-weeks, we took the opportunity to re-test how many push-ups we could do in one minute.  Everyone had a minimum of a 20% improvement! Great work everyone!

After a DB shoulder circuit that left the shoulders screaming, we rotated through a 3-pronged attack of Kettlebells, TRX, and Tires.

KB – 30 sec each of Squat + Press, Double Swing, Sunrise-Sunset, Alt R/L Swing, Goblet Walking Lunges, Double Travelling Swing

Tires – 5 Flips, 10 Push-Ups (yes, more!), 10 Jump Squats

TRX – 5 ea Single Arm Row, 10 Bench Dips, Hourglass Run
