At Uxbridge Boot Camp, today the rain held off and we began with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! song to Irina and ended with a visit from Mr. Freeze on the picnic bench. Notice how happy everyone is that the workout was over:)
In between, we paired up and performed Ladders up to 9 reps of Jump Squats, Push-Ups, Warrior Lunge, 45 Degree Hold Crunch, Jumping Jacks, and Burpees.
After a Kettlebell and Bodyweight Circuit, we performed a 15 Minute Team Challenge Relay:
Ring Row —> KB Rope Curl —> Bench Dips —> Sled Drag and Run
