Last night, we had an army of 10 taking on my fitness challenges and “loving” every minute of it. The highlight was the Team Challenge Relay, where two teams of 5 battled each other and themselves for 10 minutes, as they moved through a 5 station circuit, adding reps to their teams total:
Team Challenge Relay: 10 Minutes
- TRX Suspension Rowing
- Kettlebell Swings
- 250m run
Each team recorded well over 200 reps of TRX rows, KB swings and push-ups. Then came the tires and sleds…oh my!
