It’s finally here the first day of Uxbridge’s Athletes Only Boot Camp AND the sun even made an appearance for about the first time in a month!

Last night, we had an army of 10 taking on my fitness challenges and “loving” every minute of it. The highlight was the Team Challenge Relay, where two teams of 5 battled each other and themselves for 10 minutes, as they moved through a 5 station circuit, adding reps to their teams total:

Team Challenge Relay: 10 Minutes

  • TRX Suspension Rowing
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Push-Ups
  • 250m run
  • Rest

Each team recorded well over 200 reps of TRX rows, KB swings and push-ups.  Then came the tires and sleds…oh my!
