Speed kills! At Uxbridge’s Athletes Only Boot Camp, today we did some speed drills followed by 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50m sprints. Great running everyone! Keep it going Karen…you can do this! Then, we hit the abs with a stabilizer routine before things got crazy, as everyone died hard with “4-Minute Madness – heehee!
4-Minute Madness – 5 Stations, alternate each exercise every 30 seconds for 4 minutes
- TRX Row and Reverse Lunge with Front Kick
- KB Swing and Skater Hops
- Tire Flip (Jump in/ jump out) and Pushups
- Battling Ropes and Jumping Split Lunges
- KB High Pull and Tuck Jumps…some were pronouncing these with an “F” in front:(
