Today, at Uxbridge Boot Camp we hit the shoulders hard with another light but continuous circuit. Then, we took to the TRX and Kettlebell in a workout that left everyone hanging and swinging – but not broken!
TRX Leg Circuit – 3 min Rounds (Rotate every 30 sec)
- Jump Squats and Push-Ups
- One Legged Squat and King Deadlift
- Sprinters Knees and Reverse Lunges
- Lying Hamstring Curls and Burpees
KB Circuit – 15 minutes: As many rounds as possible:
- Single Swing 10ea
- Snatch 10 ea
- Clean + Press 5 ea
- Front Squat 10
And then in a Friday special, it was Abs with the KB followed by a lap around the track!
