Today, at Uxbridge Boot Camp we hit the shoulders hard with another light but continuous circuit. Then, we took to the TRX and Kettlebell in a workout that left everyone hanging and swinging – but not broken!

TRX Leg Circuit – 3 min Rounds (Rotate every 30 sec)

  • Jump Squats and Push-Ups
  • One Legged Squat and King Deadlift
  • Sprinters Knees and Reverse Lunges
  • Lying Hamstring Curls and Burpees

KB Circuit – 15 minutes: As many rounds as possible:

  • Single Swing 10ea
  • Snatch 10 ea
  • Clean + Press 5 ea
  • Front Squat 10

And then in a Friday special, it was Abs with the KB followed by a lap around the track!
