Today at Uxbridge Boot Camp, we were faced with a soggy field that left us all a little soaked!  But we carried on with a DB Circuit and KB Abs, before a 3 station relay that kept everyone’s mind off the weather at least for a while:

Station #1 – 50ft. Sled Sprint and Ropes

Station #2  – 50 ft Traveling Kettlebell Swings and Jump Squats

Station #3 – 5 Tire Flips and Push-Ups

  1. Maybe we can blame the wet ground and crappy weather for how hard the workout was?… defintiely wasn’t us, right? … lol
