This is our highest level package and is for the the person that wants it all and understands that training is an investment in themselves. You want a professional to do the work that will get you the best results possible without wasting time and money and… without hurting you. You can identify with the phrase, “If You Could Do It Alone, You Would Have Done It Already!” With built in motivation, accountability and tracking, we offer the very best that your hard earned money can buy.
At Body Fit we believe and understand that our clients all require something entirely different from one another. Designing a program specific to an individual is a very intricate process, and that’s why our qualified trainers are here to help. We set up a program that is tailored entirely to you and only you.
We look at all clients as an entire person and not just a physical body that we’re trying to enhance. Simply put; we look far beyond just exercise. A proper training program should include (1) A proper physical evaluation, (2) Corrective exercise, (3) Strength training, (4) Conditioning, (5) Nutritional modification, (6) Recovery methods, and (7) Prehab and/or Rehab programming when required. If you feel comfortable including all of these components into a program, then you do not need our help. However, if you struggle with one or more of these components then getting involved in our training program would be a smart decision!
We Do Things Differently To Get You Better Results!
It all starts with having a quick chat with one of our trainers. Once we know more about you, we can then begin to narrow down exactly what it is that you’re looking for and which of our options is going to be best suited for you. Then we complete a Functional Movement Evaluation. Quality movement should be the basis of any good exercise program. Without the Functional Movement Evaluation, it is impossible for any trainer to create a program that will work specifically for you and which exercises may make problems even worse or potentially hurt you. This evaluation will assess your postural alignment, joint function, joint stability, and joint mobility from head to toe. Done in 3 parts, we start with a postural analysis. This will immediately identify any imbalances that are apparent with a visual assessment. Second, we go through an active range of motion evaluation. This is done to identify which movements you are able to achieve, and which movements may be inhibited. The third and final component of the evaluation is looking at your passive range of motion where we move your joints for you. Here we look to see if there are any discrepancies between your active movement and your passive movement. Then based on the evaluation and our initial discussion with you, we establish the goals of your program together and which options would be best suited for you.
VIP Full Service Personal Training Options
Monthly Payments: With our monthly payment training options, it makes budgeting and scheduling your training easier and more convenient for you. You simply decide how many times a week you would like to meet with a trainer and decide if you would like to meet for a half hour or an hour. Once you have decided on the best option for you, your training schedule will be arranged between yourself and your
trainer. It’s as easy as that! To set up a monthly payment option, we require either a credit card or chequing information. On or about the 1st day of every month, we bill for the amount of training you will be using that month and that’s it; the payments are done for that month. All sessions must be used within the calendar month of which they were purchased and do not carry over to the next month. Monthly payments are to run a minimum of three (3) full months of payments.
Packages: Packages are for two kinds of clients: The first being someone who needs more flexibility with their training schedule. If you’re someone who can’t commit to a specific number of training sessions a month, then packages are the best option for you. The second being someone who wishes to supplement their Training on Demand with a few more training sessions. If you need a bit more guidance or accountability than what our Training on Demand is giving you, then adding an additional one or two training sessions a month may be exactly what you need.
Pricing: Whether you choose Monthly Payments or Packages, our cost per session is the best value in the Uxbridge area. Depending on how many sessions per month you wish to use and whether you choose 30 minute sessions or 60 minute sessions, the prices will vary.
