Women’s Only Friday Morning Bootcamp

Women OnlyGet Ready for a great work out ladies!

Starting on Friday October 4th at 9:15am, Certified Personal Trainer Jennifer Neveu-Cook will be putting up to 10 women through a fun and challenging work out in our Private Group Training Room;  The Hanger.

Sessions will be 45 min. in length and will run for 6 consecutive weeks.  The style of work out will be a circuit/interval using unique equipment that is only available in the Hanger.
Maximum group size is 10 participants. Should there be several individuals on the waiting list we will consider adding a second class on a date and time that will be determined after the commencement of the Friday class. Registration will be on a first come first served basis.

Cost to participate:
Only $72 for members and $90 for non-members. The price is for the full 6 weeks and must be paid in full and in advance to be placed on the class list. Price does not include tax. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. Participants must commit to the full 6 weeks and there will not be a “drop in” option.

Registration:
Early Registration will begin on Monday September 23rd 2013 at the front desk and will be open to members only until Wednesday September 25th at which time non-members may sign up.
